What data do we collect?

  • Contact form : your name, email address, the subject and content of your message. Legal basis: your consent (tick box) and our interest in answering your request.
  • Emails : if you write to us directly, we process your address and the content of your message to reply to you.
  • Technical data : our host records technical logs (IP address, date, page visited) for security and to keep the website running properly. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
  • Cookies : see our cookie policy. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Purchases via Amazon

The “Buy on Amazon” buttons take you to Amazon. Ordering, payment and delivery are then handled by Amazon, under its own privacy policy. We receive no payment data.

How long do we keep your data?

Messages received through the form or by email are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for a maximum of 3 years after our last exchange. Technical logs are kept for a limited period set by our host.

Who has access to your data?

  • The T&M Technics team, only to reply to you.
  • Our host OVH SAS (France), which hosts the website and emails.
  • TALIUM, the agency that handles the website's technical maintenance, only when necessary.

These providers process the data on our behalf and within the European Union.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, object to processing or ask for data portability. Write to us at info@tmtechnics.com : we reply within one month.
