1. Who are we?
The website www.tmtechnics.com is operated by T&M Cars SRL, a company incorporated under Belgian law, with its registered office at Rue Tout Vent 27, 1495 Villers-la-Ville (Belgium), registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE 0656.799.767 (VAT BE 0656.799.767). T&M Technics is a brand of T&M Cars SRL.

2. Scope
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on www.tmtechnics.com, by consumers and professionals alike. By confirming their order, customers acknowledge that they have read and accepted them. The provisions specific to consumers (right of withdrawal, legal guarantee) only apply to customers acting for private purposes.
3. Products
The essential characteristics of the products are described on each product page. Photos are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding. Before purchasing, customers are responsible for checking that the clips and fasteners are compatible with their vehicle (hole diameter, shape of the original clip).
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT included). Any delivery charges are shown separately in the basket before the order is confirmed. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
5. Orders
The order is final once these terms have been accepted and payment has been confirmed. A summary e-mail is sent to the customer. T&M Cars SRL reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of stock shortage, an obvious pricing error or a previous dispute with the customer; the customer is then refunded in full.
6. Payment
Payment is made online at the time of ordering, securely through our provider Stripe (bank card, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods offered at checkout). T&M Cars SRL never has access to card details. An invoice is issued for each order and sent by e-mail.
7. Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped from our Amazon logistics stock (multi-channel fulfilment service). Delivery countries, estimated delivery times and charges are specified on the page Delivery and returns and in the basket. A tracking number is sent by e-mail as soon as the order is shipped. The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when they take physical possession of the parcel.
If a parcel is damaged or incomplete, customers are asked to report it to info@tmtechnics.com as soon as possible, with photos.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book VI), consumers have 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract, without having to give a reason. They simply need to inform T&M Cars SRL with a clear statement, for example by e-mail to info@tmtechnics.com stating the order number, or by using the form at the end of these terms.
The product must be returned no later than 14 days after the withdrawal decision has been communicated, complete and in its original packaging. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. The return address is provided by e-mail upon request.
T&M Cars SRL refunds all payments received, including the initial delivery costs (based on standard delivery), no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal, using the same means of payment as for the order. The refund may be withheld until the product has been received or proof of its return has been provided. The customer may be held liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics (for example, clips that have been used or fitted).
9. Guarantees
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of two years from delivery. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled to have the product repaired or replaced or, failing that, to a price reduction or termination of the sale. To claim under this guarantee, simply contact info@tmtechnics.com with the order number and a description of the problem.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, use that does not comply with the instructions or the intended purpose of the product, or damage resulting from improper fitting.
10. Business customers
Business customers do not benefit from the right of withdrawal. They may enter their VAT number when ordering so that it appears on the invoice. Any claim relating to an apparent defect must be made within 8 days of receipt.
11. Liability
The tools sold are intended to be used in accordance with their instructions. Wearing the protective equipment indicated in the instructions is mandatory. To the extent permitted by law, the liability of T&M Cars SRL is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
12. Personal data
The data collected when ordering is used to process and deliver the order, issue the invoice and provide after-sales service. It is shared with our providers (Stripe for payment, Amazon for shipping) only to the extent strictly necessary. For more information, please see our privacy policy.
13. Complaints and disputes
Any complaint may be sent to info@tmtechnics.com. In the event of a disagreement, consumers can contact the Consumer Mediation Service free of charge (mediationconsommateur.be). These terms are governed by Belgian law. For consumers residing in another European Union country, the mandatory provisions of their country of residence remain applicable.
