All orders placed on tmtechnics.com are prepared and shipped from our Amazon logistics stock. You receive an e-mail with the tracking number as soon as your parcel is shipped.
Delivery countries
We deliver to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Poland, Denmark, Finland and Sweden.
Delivery times and charges
Delivery is free on all orders, with tracking. The parcel is shipped once payment has been confirmed; the delivery time depends on the destination country and is usually a few working days.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to tell us that you wish to withdraw, without having to give a reason. Write to us at info@tmtechnics.com stating your order number.
The product must be returned to us within 14 days of your request, complete and in its original condition. Return costs are at your expense. The return address is sent to you by e-mail when you make your request. We refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your request, using the same means of payment as for the order; we may wait until we have received the product before refunding.
Faulty or incorrect product
If you receive a faulty product or one that differs from your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tmtechnics.com, with photos. You benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. See also our terms and conditions of sale.
